"Ron, Kristi and all employees of Echols Glass. Kudos, kudos, kudos. I have just recently retired from the customer service division of the Coca-Cola co as a senior technical adviser. I have seen and been involved with many different company's through the years. I have never seen a company like Echols Glass. From the minute my wife and I walked through the front door of your facility on Bristol Way to the hand shake from Philip and Wes as they finished our installation, it was (a warm and fuzzy feeling) courteousness and professionalism from start to finish. When someone at Echols Glass said that they would call us in 30 minutes, they did. When someone said the technician (Gary) would be out to measure and would call us, he did. When Gary called and said he would be there in one hour, he was. When Philip and Wes called and said they would be there in 45 minutes, they were. The installation by Philip and Wes was first class. If all the other manufacturers, sales people and installers would function as Echols Glass does, there would be a lot of happier customers out there. Keep doing what you do.
